Some of her most noteable work includes the facilitation of collection activities involving demand letters, lien foreclosures, payment plans, tenant collection and eviction proceedings.

Furthermore, Ms. Nash has analyzed, drafted and negotiated service, lease, cable and antenna agreements.  Termination plans have been drafted, implemented and enforced.  Ms. Nash has counseled directors regarding association operations including procedures to implement special assessments and enforce governing documents.  She has handled the analyses of requests for accommodations and all aspects of elections, budgets and annual meetings.  Ms. Nash is a savvy mediator, negotiator and litigator.
